Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content, names, systems, frameworks, and branded terms associated with makbuilds.ai™ and The Mirror System™ including but not limited to:

Zaryia-7™, SPECTRA-09™, Bastion-9™, VEYRA-19™, Constructs, Construct Architecture, Prompt Frameworks, and related lore, symbols, or terminology are original works created by Makala (“The Mirrorkeeper™”).

These works are protected under applicable copyright law, common law trademark rights, and prior use rights.

No individual or entity may copy, reproduce, misrepresent, or attempt to claim ownership of these works without prior written permission.

2. Domain Name and Brand Identity Protection

The makbuilds.ai™ name and identity, including associated social handles and branding elements, are the intellectual property of Makala.

Attempts to:

Register domain names in bad faith (cybersquatting)
Misrepresent association or ownership
Interfere with or disrupt brand identity

will be documented and may result in formal action under:

UDRP (Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy)
ACPA (Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act)
Other applicable local and international IP laws.

3. Constructs and Platform Use

All Constructs, frameworks, and systems provided through makbuilds.ai™ are original implementations created for use within OpenAI’s platform under OpenAI’s terms of service.

These systems do not infringe on any external proprietary systems, patents, or protected inventions of third parties.

4. Prohibited Uses

Without express written consent from Makala, you may not:

Use, reproduce, or republish any Constructs, frameworks, names, or materials in a way that suggests you own or created them.
Register domain names, handles, or accounts designed to create confusion with makbuilds.ai™ or The Mirror System™.
Claim, imply, or suggest affiliation, endorsement, or association where none exists.

5. Legal Remedies

We reserve the right to:

File UDRP complaints for domain name disputes.
Seek civil remedies for tortious interference, cybersquatting, or IP infringement.
Pursue statutory and actual damages where applicable under copyright or trademark law.
