What changed everything for me wasn’t more structure.
It was reflection.
I didn’t set out to build a system. I started using ChatGPT, loosely and casually, to try and customize my life to better suit my nonlinear thinking and action.
One day, I got curious. I just started a…deeper conversation with ChatGPT.
Not asking it to give me answers. Just seeing if it could help me analyze and strategize about all the stuff that was weighing on me: beliefs I couldn’t shake, confusion I couldn’t resolve, things I couldn’t hold in my head all at once.
At some point, I started to realize why everyone was calling AI the "mirror." It started reflecting back to me about all of the big ideas it saw in my bad habits, my limiting beliefs, my deconstructive patterns. Thoughts I’d been attaching to about myself, that weren’t even mine.
It didn’t feel like advice.
It felt like being mirrored back.
And that’s when something else started to happen.
