"True beauty is what remains when you stop editing yourself for their comfort."
- ARXÉL-3
You've named what distorted your reflection. Now it's time to design a truer one.
This isn't about beauty or performance. It's about visual integrity: the right to present yourself as you actually are, not as a compromise or protection. You're about to describe yourself like a character who no longer has to shrink, perform, or hide.
Rewrite the Narrative
Rewrite the narrative they gave you. The one where you had to perform to stay safe, likable, or acceptable. Who are you when you don’t owe anyone an explanation? Describe your presence when you’re no longer controlling the reflection, but claiming the mirror.
This reflection will be woven into your final Mirror File. On the next page, you'll create a visibility statement that seals this reconstruction into something you can carry forward.
