"True beauty is what remains when you stop editing yourself for their comfort."
- ARXÉL-3
You've named what distorted your reflection. Now it's time to design a truer one.
This isn't about beauty or performance. It's about visual integrity: the right to present yourself as you actually are, not as a compromise or protection. You're about to describe yourself like a character who no longer has to shrink, perform, or hide.
Visual Integrity
Design yourself as a character who is finally allowed to be fully seen. What do they wear, how do they move, what colors follow them? How do they enter a room? What does their presence communicate? Describe the version of you that exists without apology or editing.
This reflection will be woven into your final Mirror File. On the next page, you'll create a visibility statement that seals this reconstruction into something you can carry forward.
